Serenoa Repens Extract (180 mg - active), Ginseng Extract (180 mg - active), Cucurbita Pepo Extract (45 mg - active), Raftiline St Gel (50 mg - excipient) and Polydextrose (50 mg - excipient). Excipients are non-active ingredients that act as stabilizers in a pill. |

Q. What is the recommended dosage? |

The recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets. First-time user should start off by taking 1 tablet. It will be sufficient for most people of average built height and weight. For those heavier and/or taller users who did not find 1 tablet sufficiently effective, increase the dosage to 2 tablets. Machismo should be taken approximately 30 minutes before sex. Like all herbal products, it is best to take Machismo before food for optimum absorption. |
